The rehabilitation project of this building in Rua Alfredo da Silva, in Lisbon, is based on the following assumptions:

    -Implantation of the existing building to be maintained

    -Location of vertical circulations to be maintained

    -South orientation in all apartments

    -Social spaces in the apartments with view over the Tagus River

    -Flexibility of the proposed spaces
