Main Concepts

Zone A - Business Center/Conference Room/Offices - Creation of an office center that allows flexible use by small and medium-sized companies all with the possibility of enjoying a spacious lounge area, and support services to offices and offices such as photocopier, coffee area, meeting rooms, conference rooms, auditorium and sanitary facilities. In this area it is also proposed the existence of 1 or more dining and or support spaces.

Zone B - Area of Logistics, Storage and Small non-polluting industry - It is proposed the division of existing spaces in fractions of storage and logistics.

Zone C - It is proposed the construction of a new storage unit in the southern part of the site and independent of other buildings for installation of offices and of an exhibition area. Under this area will be located the remaining support spaces such as I. Toilets, Pantry/Refreshments, etc.

Zone D - Construction of the remaining usable area in office modules. This office area distributed over 2 floors with direct access to the public road will have a basement parking area underneath it.
