This rehabilitation project aimed for endowing the pre-existing dwelling with more adequate housing conditions to a contemporary taste and life. The living spaces, the kitchen and the sanitary facilities were redesigned, as well as the pool and the outdoor spaces. The aim was to enhance the relation of the indoor and outdoor space reaffirming the presence of the river and simultaneously differentiated spaces in the social area.
